Full Service Design is best for clients that need help designing an entire room or home and want me to manage the entire project. I am with you through each and every step of the design process - from molding to floor, and tile to throw pillows. This service is perfect for new builds and renovations, but also great for a good-old decorating project. I work closely with your architect, builder &/or subcontractors on the project to help create a cohesive plan, from beginning to the end. Pricing depends on rooms and scale of project. Services are $150/hour + retainer.

Here is an overview of how the design process works:

Step 1

Submit a project inquiry on my contact page. I will then send you an overview of my fee structure, which includes a Project Detail & Lifestyle questionnaire. If you like what you see,  let's schedule a phone consultation to figure out your design space and needs, also to introduce you to my company & philosophy. This first conversation is about determining if we'd like to work together on the project. We'll discuss your desired budget, the design process, my fees, and any other questions or concerns you may have.

Step 2

Once we have agreed to work together, I will meet with you at your home to assess your current interior and discuss what changes and additions you have been considering. If your project is full home renovation or a new build, I will also have a separate meeting with the architectural team and/or builder. At this point, measurements are made, blueprints given, and colors & materials are discussed. We will review the functions your home will need so that I can create the environment that best suits your lifestyle. An estimate of my design fees will be given to you to be agreed upon after this meeting.

Step 3

Step 4

Step 5

I will create a design plan for your home. Based on a combination of what I have learned from you and my own creativity, I will present my design concept through the use of photos, floor plans, fabrics, paint, samples, and other materials I might recommend. For a full home design, this phase will consist of a series of meetings. For a single room, one presentation meeting is typically all that is necessary. At this point the design is tweaked and/or approved into a final design plan.

Once you have approved of the final design, I will order the furnishings and materials, and also schedule and manage their implementation. If your project is a new build or renovation, this is the part where the concept of your home begins to take shape and become a reality. I will be working diligently behind the scenes to make sure all of your good are fabricated and arrive as planned, as well as working with your builder to assure the conceptual design is orchestrated seamlessly.

When your space is ready and all of your furnishing have arrived at the receiving warehouse, I oversee the white glove installation of everything for you. There are 2 stages to the Final Installation: the furnishings and soft goods are addressed first, then accessories and meaningful pieces as the final layer installed separately, depending upon your project and personal needs.
